I'm so happy to live here; it was the best choice. The administrative staff is very friendly and 100% efficient! Thank you!
Please consider carefully before moving in if you do not want to have these ridiculous charges on your final statement. - no idea what is cancel/termination fee. - bathroom countertop stain (called it damage?) $195 for cleaning? - pull chain switch in the bedroom: never ever works since I moved in. - BTW, I have to change the shower head by myself because the old one sucks. (Do you want to refund me?)
I appreciated every step of my application process. I was given a tour of the grounds and was treated with great customer service. I had been to other properties. The leasing office at Plantation Colony was the best experience. I can’t say thank you enough. I have a busy work schedule and the process was user friendly.
