The mission at Junk King is to recycle, repurpose, and reuse as much as possible from every junk haul. This goal is more achievable at Junk King South Denver due to the additional location, South Denver and North Denver, and the relationships with local charities, non-profits and recyclers.

David Donovan says, “We will accept almost anything, except hazardous materials, as long we can recycle, donate or dispose of it responsibly without a license.” Junk King’s mission is to recycle, repurpose or reuse at least two thirds of each junk haul.

Simple household appliances and electronic waste contain many metals that can be harmful for the environment if left in landfills. The upside is that these same metals can be reused in other products if they are responsibly disposed of. Metals like stainless steel and copper can be recycled, whereas more harmful metals are best kept out of landfills.
