SAP Evaluations are essential to any DOT Return-to-Duty Process. These evaluations can only take place by Substance Abuse professionals who make recommendations for employees who have broken department of transportation (DOT), drug and alcohol regulations. SAP evaluations, also known as substance abuse evaluations, are face-to-face clinical assessments that aim to determine the type of treatment, education or solution an employee who is in violation of drug and alcohol regulations would need.
