Jerry Garcia is the owner of Avalon Roofing Services. My career began in the roofing industry in 1993. I began as a "grunt", which is a general worker. Slowly but surely, I worked my way up to Journeyman roofer, then to Supervisor, then an Estimator & Project Manager for a multi-million dollar roofing company. I've learned a lot in my nearly 30-year career. But I think this is the most important lesson I've learned. Being a successful roofing company doesn't just consist of giving the customer a nice-looking roof. What I consider to be equally important is building the highest possible level of TRUST with the customer. It is important to let the customer know that they are our number one priority.
